Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between the active ingredients in Allegra-D (Fexofenadine + Pseudoephedrine) and Bromfed (Brompheniramine + Phenylephrine); deeming them safe to take together.

This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

I hope this helps to answer your question!

Re: David (# 1)

Not correct. Bromfed also has pseudoephedrine. If you take that with
Allegra-D you are taking 2 antihistamines and a double dose of pseudoephedrine. It wouldn't be wise to take them together!
