Hi, Genevieve! Congrats on the pregnancy! Did your doctor advise you to take this?

It is just a nutritional supplement and they are often given to pregnant women to ensure that they are getting enough nutrients for both themselves and the baby.

Thus, there shouldn't be any harm in it, as long as you don't exceed the recommended dosage amount and your doctor has approved of your taking them.
