Bystolic Side Effects

my dad has had an onset of both upper extremities becoming weak and he is now having a hard time combing his hair, opening things, and driving. his fingers go numb and are tingling at times. he has no energy and he's being to walk with a wobbly gait. he started taking bystolic in march and I was wondering if what is happening with him could be a side effect from the medication.

Common side effects while taking Bystolic are: Headache, Dizziness, and Parasthesia. Parasthesia is a sensation of tingling, pricking, or numbness of a person's skin with no apparent long-term physical effect. It is more generally known as the feeling of pins and needles or of a limb being asleep (although this is not directly related to the phenomenon of sleep).
