Buy-otc Web Pharmacy Vitamin B12

I used their website to purchase injectable B12. The site was rather confusing and there was a drop down menu to choose one of three selections. The picture that accompanied the drop down menu had a larger bottle and a smaller bottle. The drop down menu had what seemed to be vials of larger or smaller amounts. I chose smaller doses, but more vials. What I didn't know or understand was the "amp" that was on the short description on the drop down menu. But, the picture looked like what I wanted to buy. I purchased $85 worth of product. When I received it, I was confused as to what the B12 was in. After some research, I found out it was in a glass ampoule, NOT the vials like it showed on the website. After even more research, I found out I needed to get yet another type of needle, a filter needle, in addition to the syringes and needles I had already bought. The filter needles are quite expensive. So I contacted the company and they pretty much said I was out of luck and to next time order the right thing. I told them to show me where on the website you can even order what they are showing on the site. Then they kept emailing me that it was my fault and would not even see my point.

My experience was positive. I also ordered injectable B12 -- they had what I wanted, shipped it quickly and the product arrived in a timely fashion. I will order from them again.

I am the manager of this business. We do not know of your order. People do confuse the amps and vials at times. We do try to phone every order that buys amps and make sure. I have never heard of a Filter needle ever. So I am unsure if you actually used our site. We take extreme pride in our customre service, so no one ever should have blamed you, they should have fixed the issue if you did use our site. I am sorry for the delay in response as I just found this review. Call us and I will make it right.

I'm pretty sure the b12 is fake. the other ones i got from another place had a very distinct smell, taste and were very dark brown. the sterimax 30ml bottles taste like sugar water.

Update: I made a hasty error in my initial comment and im sorry, upon further reading its b12 and i was confusing a multi-b complex injection with just straight b12. You're doing god's work helping people get the b12 they need.

All vitamin B 12 that come from a reputable sterile facility such as sterimax or Sandoz are generic equivalent. Both these companies have their drug identification numbers and go through rigorous Health Canada protocols. I would be more concerned about any other vitamin B12 that did not reference these two products in characteristics. Feel free to forward your invoice number if you purchased from us and I will phone you and give you a more detailed explanation and answer any questions that you may have. As we tell many clients that mention purchasing items from out of North America unless those products have a North American drug identification number I would be very hesitant in purchasing them. In future if you prefer the Sandoz brand then you can request that.

Update: Thank you for correcting your error. Multivitamin B complex definitely has a different color and characteristics compared to just vitamin B12. It is the niacin that gives it that strong odor. I will share what I share with all of our customers that buyer beware on B complex at the moment. We have not found a viable and safe B complex made in Canada since the company Brostel stopped making the product. I know the owner and he is a good man who ran into some health issues and some production frustrations and just stopped making the product. His company was the only company that had an active drug identification number to make this product. If anybody knows a legitimate American company that is making this product please share it so I may inform our customers of a viable option for them. We only sell stuff that has a drug identification number and that's gone through Health Canada. I know there is a product available from other countries (not in North America) such as Thailand and India. But I repeat it does not have a drug identification number and at least I've gone through a North American regulatory system. I would be very hesitant. That is just our opinion.

I have been purchasing from this website since 2010 and have always been happy with their B12 shot products. Their customer service is top notch and I always receive my order promptly.

Unfortunately I still can't find your order in our system. But I will clarify for everybody the difference in sizes of vitamin B12. It comes in three sizes. One size which we call an ampule and two sizes which we call vials. The vials are a 10 millilitre a 30 millilitre in liquid amounts. For those unfamiliar with metric. It would be somewhat equivalent to 1/3 of an ounce and an ounce of liquid. The ampules are one millilitre and they come in a box of 10 ampules. An ampule is a small little glass bottle which you would snap off the top to extract the liquid. Obviously the most economical way to purchase vitamin B12 would be in the largest bottle the 30 ml. People do by the ampules because there is no preservatives in them and also they are great for other uses such as travelling. No risk of breaking a 30ml bottle in your suitcase when you can just carry a single little ampoule. I hope this helps if people need me to explain map of the strength of the solution I can also do so.

B6 if finally back in stock. There is only one reputable source for B6 in North America and they were gong to stop making it. We got our customers to email them and tell them how important it was and what they used it for. The manufacturer had no idea of all the different uses and from a marketing perspective opened up channels for them to promote it. So they said they would keep doing so! Took months to get back in stock but arrived today. A fresh batch.

Still no luck on the B complex.

Please call customer service for your tracking if you did not receive it. Sometimes they get spammed out. You should have received an email with your tracking information and also one from Canada Post with your tracking information.
