Bupropion Hcl Sr Tab/ Concerns

I just started taking this med 100mg twice a day. I'ts only een a week but I feel more aggitated, will this go away? I feel bad for my kids and Husband. I don't want to be snappy at them, I was hoping it would improve my mood so I would be more Happy. Please if anyone could give me any input I would Greatly appreciate it!

I, too, felt more anxious when first starting. I've been on now for almost 6 weeks and I don't know how I'd survive without it! Of course, it can affect people differently. Keep taking as directed and give it a little time. If it doesn't get better, there are lots of meds out there, and you should try another. Good luck!

Yes, it can affect everyone differently, that is just the nature of medications.

This medication will also not work instantly, it does between 4 to 6 weeks to reach its full effectiveness in the body. This is usually around the same time that any side effects you are experience hit their peak and then start to taper off.
