Blue Pill L 751

I found a blue pill on the floor in my laundry room, it is caplet shape with L751 printed on one side and smooth on the other side. I have no idea what it is and have tried searching the internet with no luck. Can someone please tell me what this is?

I haven't found a listing for this, either, but I will keep looking and post back if I do.

However, what I can tell you is the reason it's so difficult to identify is that pills with the L marking, followed by 3 additional letters are over the counter products, so they aren't required to have their imprints logged with the FDA.

If it is a blue and caplet shaped, there is probably a good chance that is something like a Tylenol PM, which contains Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine:

But, there's not way to be certain of that, at this time.

It is a Target brand Tylenol PM.

I found it to be a Ralph's brand Ibuprofin pm capsule
