Hi Perryntx,

I located a similar pill in the drug databases that appears to be identical to your description, except that this pill only has the V15 on one side and is blank on the other. It is oblong/capsule-shaped and blue as well, and is identified as being Acetaminophen PM (acetaminophen 500mg + diphenhydramine 25mg).

I just find it strange that your pill has an additional imprint on the back and is possibly regarded as being the same pill. The manufacturer of the pill I located is "New World Imports, Inc". Does that sound familiar?
