Blue Oblong Pill with L347on one side, PM on the other side. It is one of my mother's medications, but my baby just put one in his mouth. I got it out, but I need to know if it could be dangerous for him.

In such cases, you should always call poison control or your nearest emergency room, rather than posting on a free website and waiting for an answer.

This is an over the counter item, I cannot find a definitive ID, but with the PM on there, I can only guess it is a generic or store brand for Tylenol PM containing Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine.
