Blood Urea Level And Kidney Function

I'm 29yr male and I have renal stone in both kidney sized 5mm. Today I have test my blood and urine and got the report like this,

Blood Urea ---- 11mg/dl
Serum Creatinine---- 0.7mg/dl
Uric Acid ---- 6.7mg/dl
Phosphorus ---- 4.2mg/dl
Serum Calcium---- 9.9 mg/dl

Urine RE
sugar-----Nill
Albumin-----Nill
Epithelial cells----1-2/HPF
Pus cells-------0-2/HPF
RBC------Nill
Crystals-----Nill
Casts ---- Nill
