B-Long is a sustained release formulation of a Vitamin B complex, they are commonly believed to help with certain types of neuropathic pain and a lack of them can cause or contribute to its worsening.

Since they are vitamins, rather than an actual drug, the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, however, some people do report some nausea, after taking them.
