It states on the packaging do not take more than 1 within a certain time frame. Taking two in one sitting will create side effects on most.

I love these things but one is more than enough i outworked guy half my age im 54 left them all gasping and broken down im a Mover so i lift all day if your taking on of these to chill dont take them if your gonna do much more than just push a pen well hell yeah!!! Don't take more than 1. Read the label. The hornets are even stronger. These have helped me through hard times at work. But depends what kind of work you do. The xplc are also strong too. The rest don't do that much to me. The swarm is a good middle ground. I'm glad they makem but that don't mean you should takem!
