As you are quite aware of, these are brute, well documented facts:

1. You had always answered my questions in email about a purchase in hours until I sent you the payment.

2. From that point I received false, insulting emails only, that I had not paid, i.e. when I said I did, I was lying, trying to cheat. No sooner than two weeks after my full, exact payment landed on your account, as you acknowledged then, did you admit that the fault was on your side; blamed your bank. (Of course, I paid my bank for the remittance; 13% of my bill to you. You could see it on the record that I had to send you twice, first you ‘couldn't find it’.)

3. After more than six weeks of receiving the price, more than four weeks that you acknowledged it and shipped the product, you crassly taped my bank account. Mere rip off, obviously abuse of some loophole in interbank collaboration!

4. Since that, for more than six weeks, my emails about this have been left without a word of explanation, let alone correction.

Epilog: Your product after two months of use has no effect (promised to have in a week – a month), earlier products from the same purpose had. This may explain why you acted like ethical right until the first payment, you knew that no such thing as second order/payment exists.

I cannot do anything but sharing my experience as wide as possible, e.g. posting the present letter, names, emails masked course, on internet forums.
