I just ordered the pills today i am hoping they work..based on all your reviews i soppose i am getting my monys worth! I do not have time to go to the doctor and will appreciate if someone can pls foward me the strict diet the doctor gives. I can Honestly Say They Were a F'ing Miracle. I lost So Much Weight....With Them In less then a Month..Too The Point that I Felt Uncomfortable with my self, I had A baby and was looking for a way to drop it. And Sure I did.....I was Going to the gym 5 times a week also..it gave me that Energy......didn't get me dizzy or anything. only thing with me is that it actually stopped suppressing my appetite after the 3 months..but i didn't mind because i had already lost all the weight i needed to loose and them some!. But It really worked Great For Me. I wasn't OMG Overweight but Now I am Because I stopped going to the gym so i went back this Saturday and got me a bottle! Only thing that i does give u dry mouth but too me it started after like my second month.. I really Didn't follow the diet only Because I was Never Hungry!!!.. U can Google Bethe's 30 he has a Website Now THANK GODDDDDDDDDDD!!!

The diet is very strict..but it does work. I tried it, and was taken back by the weight that I did lose. I've never saw my scale go down so quickly in a week. It was crazy. It is well worth it. If you follow the diet, it works as well. I believe you have to take the pills, eat fruit, tea with no sugar, and alternate it.

Congratulations on the amazing results! I have about 40 pounds I've been struggling to lose with my yo-yo dieting and this sounds really great.
For anyone who has taken this for over a month, will you please let me know if you continued to lose weight after a month or if you experienced weight gain. Also, after a month or two, are the pills still as effective? Or does your body get used to it?

I have used Bethel S30, twice. I strongly recomend these pills. They are very good and the diet is great and healthy. I have never used anything that works better than this diet. Thank God and Dr. Felix Ramirez in Manhattan NY for these pills and diet.

Bethel30 is FANTASTIC! Dr. Ramirez's has been there for years, and that says a lot. 1st time I went to him, about 12 yr ago he had a different weight loss plan. It was good, I lost the weight but I didn’t like it as much as Bethel. Can’t recall name of appetite suppressant, it came w/ Cascara Sagarda (similar to Senna) it gave me cramps so bad I would get the sweats. I had to run 2 restroom, fast! I was moody, short of breath, no sleep, the works, so I stopped. I was younger then; my Metabolism was on full speed, I’d loss weight reading a book. I’ve tried it all, n Bethel’s the best. The Senna’s gr8, I get the urge, minus the cramps n sweats…no need to run for the restroom. I can even wait to find a suitable place. They help digest/pass food thur ur system quick, avoiding eventually n 4 eternity residing on ur hips-stomach. My abds SHRUNK its FLAT! I take Bethel in the morning on an empty stomach, and Senna b4 bed. It even got rid of my heartburn (my mom insists its b/c I’m now a regular in the restroom LOL). I started Bethel L8 January; I shrunk 2 pants sizes, and lost over 20 lbs. I don’t do the meal plan but I watch what I eat. I admit there are side effects, but that’s common w/ any and all suppressants. I get the dry mouth and sleepiness, I drink lots of water n take Benadryl b4 bed (it helps my allergies n puts me 2 sleep). But no mood swings, short of breath or abnormal heartbeats. It’s so good I sell the stuff, I live in Raleigh, NC n they sell like hotcakes. People ask how I lost the weight, I tell them n boom they want 2 buy. Now, I look gr8 n make extra $.

i've taken the pills for a week now and i have imsomnia not good and very dry mouth..however, i have lost 6 lbs in a week. I'm not sure if I want to continue it, unless the imsomnia stops..has anyone suffer the same side effect?

I have a friend who introduced me to this pill, she lost 15 lbs in one month which is pretty good and some of her friends have done it too and they have all lost their desired weight!! I went to the website to purchase it but it kept sending me back to the information part and so I called the office itself and I ordered by phone, wish me luck :) oh yeah the number is 212-568-5330. I will be back when I am finished with the one month treatment, if it does not work, I will let it be known!!!

I saw a colleague I haven't seen in a month or so.. my, my my.. she looked Fab!!! I know she was wearing about a size 12.. now she looks to be wearing around a 6. I am taking another regimen and working out at the gym for the past month.. nothing significant in weight loss.. so you know, I've got to get on this Bethels30.. I wish I had found out about this a month ago... Anyway, I placed my order today, 4/17.. I will update you on my status.. I am wearing a size 12... I am hoping to wear a comfortable 7-8.. I am o.k with that size.. given my height. I am keeping my fingers cross.. I need the same result everyone is glowing about. Cheers~

I just finish a bottled of bethels s30 it has made wonders. I lost 20lb.
I didn't take it every day. This is so effetive that i will start on my second bottle but i am only thinking of taking it 2x a week. Icould not beleive how it made me not want to eat. I was forcing my self to eat. I felt so full all the time and the times that i did eat it made me sick and made me vomit. I am a little afraid because i have search the web for side effects. I havent found anything. I just advise anyone if they have med problems do not take this. To the person that cannot sleep. I felt the same way the first week. What i did was i only took the pill after breakfast and only every other day. YOu have to drink alot of water. Keep your self active. It helped me alot.

this pill realy works, it really curves your appetite, and the best thing is you do not even think about food. I recommend that you try the pill to loose some quick weight. I have not had any side effects apart from being thirsty.

My mom started me on it about a week ago.. it works well in curbing your appetite and should give awesome as long as you are able to stick to the diet... my mom weighed 135 lbs before she started it.. and she lost 15 lbs in the month... but she is also 50 years old...
I am taking it so that I can lose weight in order to have a baby.. Dr. Feliz said that it will not effect any of the medication that I am taking...
I have only had the side of effects of dry mouth, some nausia, and feeling a little weak.. I think it is also because I exercise and do not eat as much as I should

I am following up on my post of 4/17.. Needless to say... Yea baby... I lost a wapping 22lbs.. wearing a 9-10 with ease! Look, this is not a hoax.. I am not paid to advertised.. it works! If you are reading this for this first time.. what do you have to lose?! If you aren't discipline.. you will still lose some.. but how badly do you wan to this? Don't let food control you.. you need to control it.. yes you can.. you can do it.
Tip: I found ways to enjoy my food. eg. Oriental Stir fry: A table spoon of olive oil, piece of garlic, stalk of scallion, thyme, tomato, onion... sautee, add stir fry veggie, tip a little water to help cook content and a table spoon of the stir fry sauce instead of the whole package, severed over 1 steam green banana or one slice white yam or small boil potatato crushed (no butter) + a Tall glass of lemon water to hit the spot.
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit + (10 oz shake consisting of ) blend - 4 mango chunks, handful blue berries, 1 small slice of cantaloupe or 1/2 ripe banana, carrot juice extract (natural).. awesome shake!

i just started taking the bethel yesterday morning. a friend of mine told me about the pills. we've been working out everyday and walking the park for like 1½ hrs every other day. i have lost some weight, but very slowly. i also follow a very strict diet due to my borderline diabetes. i am hoping to at least lose 20 lbs on this so i can keep up with the exercising and dieting and this will serve as a jumpstart. I now weigh 186.7 and im 5' 3½ tall. my question is this: i couldn't sleep at all last night. i actually felt like i was hallucinating throughout the whole night. i kept waking up and it really felt like an out-of-body experience. has anyone had these side effects? and do they eventually go away? if this continues, i don't think its worth it. please send me some info and answers. i would really appreciate it. thanks to all.
