In reference to Bethels S30, this product has been discontinued. The U.S. FDA found it to contain Sibutramine as an undeclared drug ingredient.

Sibutramine was banned in the U.S. due to it's risk, it can cause serious cardiac problems and they have proven fatal for some people.

The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to follow a healthy diet and exercise plan.

Can you please provide us with more information as to where we can find that the FDA has found it to contain Sibutramine? A link or official quote or statement will be very helpful.

Also, what you are suggesting, a healthy diet and exercise may work for some, but if you've actually read some reviews regarding bethels 30, you may find that there are people who have been doing what you are suggesting, and have not been able to lose the weight necessary. And only were they able to lose weight by adding bethels 30 to their diet program.

Have you considered that not every person is built the same and is not able to lose weight effectively with just plain diet and exercise?
