Betamil Gm Using Me Since 10 Years

I have been using this cream since 2004, for the cause of jock itch as temporary relief ,when ever I am using this cream i am getting some relief from itching ,
After the regular use my skin got more thin and reddish then my doctor prescribe me another cream, it was no use,
My question is how I can solve this problem as permanently because I am totally worried about this and ask someone not allowing me my shyness please help me
