Recently upon taking one AZY500 tablet, my hands started tremoring. My Dr advised Betacap TR 40. Is it ok for a male patient aged 44 years?

Betacap TR contains the active ingredient Propranolol, it is a beta blocker and yes, it can help with tremors that are caused by anxiety and other conditions.
