I have found a packet of 400mg Betaprofen in my medicine chest. What are these tablets used for and what dosage? Is it an anti-inflammatory?

Betaprofen contains the active ingredient Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

The usual dosage is one tablet, every 8 hours, as needed.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

I'm suffering from radiation-induced fibrosis... I have muscle spasms and my neck nerves are twiched tight making my neck unbendable...after one week the pain was betaprofen 200mg and I can breathe again.
