can i take beserol and dilantin tablets for neck pain

i have been off the PILL for 2 years now and every month my "menstrual" pains just become worse and worse, but to menstruation as yet, can or will beserol tablests alleviate the excrusiating pain in my lower abdomin and pelvic area?

Beserol contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen, Caffeine, Carisoprodol and Diclofenac, so it works for pain and as a muscle relaxant.
