Is this true? ## My pharmacist at Target tells me the same thing. Who manufactures Bellergal-s? ## My pharmacist says Sprastrin is the same as Bellergal-S. Is this true? ## That is the generic I have been taking for over a year for hot flashes. ## All I can say is do not get off of it suddenly. I was taking Bellergal-S for 25 years. It was discontinued. Bellergal S-tabs Discontinued

As a gynecologist, I used to prescribe Bellergal S-tabs for vasomotor symptoms of menopause with varying success. Over the years (35+ in practice) I just got out of the habit, and I forgot why. Now I'd like to add it back into my black bag as an alternative therapeutic choice and lo and behold, it seems to be off the market! bellergril-s

brain meds ## Hello, Do you mean the medicine Bellergal-S? It is used to treat some symptoms of menopause (such as hot flashes, sweating, restlessness, and trouble in sleeping). However, it is not effective against other problems that may occur after menopause, such as osteoporosis. This medicine is also used to prevent migraine or cluster headaches in people who get these headaches often. It is not used to treat a headache that has already started. This combination medicine may also be used for other problems as determined by your doctor.
