Been In Pain Management For 10 Years.
UpdatedI am a father of two young children. I am the sole provider for our family. My wife is a stay at home mom. For the past ten years I have been on oxycodone 30mg due to back surgery. When I switched to another pain management they cut my prescription down and also issued me methadone 10 mg. I lost my doctor recently. I have had to do what is necessary to keep my job or my family would be in real trouble. As we all know the withdrawals are horrible. I have been taking subs and benzos for the past month now. I am down to a quarter a day of the sub. I take 2mg of xanax a day. I really want to stop this vicious cycle of pills. I am really depressed, irritable and impatient. My brain feels like it has been damaged by taking all this medication. I find myself sometimes not being able to spit out a sentence. The only thing is that I am on a roof all day long in 100 plus weather. I am scared that I will feel the withdrawals. My energy level is very low, my joints have been hurting and I would like something to help me with my brain. I was wondering if there is something that I can take that is natural for energy, joints and for my brain to help me because I just can stop working and my family needs me. Can someone please help me?
