Baralgin is a non-naroctis pain reliever. It is mainly used for treatment of pain with spasms, from kidney stones, intestinal spasms, and migraines.

Baralgin is the best analgesic and antispasmodic that came out in the market. They banned it because it was killing competition, no one died from taking baralgin.
