Roy Says:Some research has indicated that Azogen contains the active ingredient Phenazopyridine, which is used to alleviate the pain, irritation, discomfort, or urgency caused by urinary tract infections, surgery, or injury to the urinary tract.

Is azogen an antibiotic for treating urinary tract infections? If so, how long will it take to cure the uti?
What side effects will it cause?
Does it increase your frequency of urination a lot? And if so, does that mean it is working?

I just had surgery for a hernia and am having problems going to pee a lot due to very little coming out at a time. Can I take Azogen to alleviate slight pain when urinating?

I received Azogen in Mexico when I had a bladder infection. The doctor described it as Tylenol for your urinary tract. It got rid of all my pain but doesn't cure the problem. I had to take something else to cure it. I was very happy with Azogen. It works well, no side effects for me.
