Should the dosage of Azitromcina Calox be given proportionate to the patients weight? I have been prescribed 500mg once per day for 5 days and weigh 104 lbs. I am being treated for an IUT and was originally given CIPRO for 2 days then injections of Axtar Ceftriaxone 1gram for the next two days to which I had a very bad reaction. Thank you.

What is adult dosage of azitromicina 250 mg? What does the pill look like and what does it have written on it? If purchased at a pharmacy in Cozumel, Mexico, should it be considered safe?

No - antibiotics do NOT kill viruses. They kill bacteria. Useless for a cold.
