I am an adult of 65 years of age and my blood pressure reading is 110/60 while on medication; Atenolol 50mg + Amlodipine 5mg + Losartan 50mg. Is it alright or should the dose be adjusted?

Hello, Lachhu! How are you?

Are you having any symptoms, such as nausea, dizziness or fainting?

Learn more Amlodipine details here.

Learn more Atenolol details here.

Learn more Losartan details here.

Those numbers aren't dangerous, unless they're causing symptoms, such as I mentioned that could put you in danger. However, if you're feeling fine, then there is no need to worry and you should continue taking them as prescribed, unless your doctor tells you to change something.

Have you checked in with your doctor recently?

I am taking Valsartan 320 mg once a day at bedtime. I was also prescribed 25mg of Metropolol and in the morning 5mg of amlodipine. Can I take the amlodipine first thing in the morning? Also, how long should I wait before I take the Metoprolol?
