Please if you know of how I can get this ordered ASAP and I Thank you for any information. It comes in a Dark brown bottle with a black screw on lid. My last bottle I got was in 1998. I can hardly read the bottle. Distributed by Menley & James Laboratories Inc.,Horsham. PA. 19044-3697

Nefrin contains the active ingredient Phenylephrine, this is used as a deongestant.

That said, this site does not sell nor manufacture any medications.

Since it has been so many years, it does not seem that anything under this name is still available.

There are still other solutions on the market, however, these nebulizer mediations usually require a doctor's prescription and you would pick them up at a pharmacy.

Do you have a doctor and are they prescribing this?

I used this product for at least 40 years.In the last few years they said you could not get it.It was very good at relieving my astma attacts.Lately I have seen Asthmanefrin advertised ,it doesn't call it Solution "A",I am going to check to see if it is the same.

Jim, I share your concerns. My brother and I used the old "Solution A" in a hand-pumped nebulizer for about 45 years. When I heard it was to be taken off the market because the "dopers" were making methamphetamine from it, I ordered a case of 12 bottles direct from the manufacturer. I didn't need it very often but my brother did, and he was the sort that never bought anything he needed until the last pee-squirting second.
