My 11 month old baby is suffering from asthmatic coughing and wheezing. Can I give Theo Asthalin syrup to her? ## Are you sure it due to asthma? Has her doctor confirmed this? Treatments might differ, depending on the actual diagnosis. I would not suggest giving her anything that her doctor has not approved. Is she on any other medications? Has she been diagnosed with any medical conditions?

My 2 yr old has had a fever, cold and cough for the past 2 days. He was prescribed azithral 100mg syrup 5no, once a day with Crocin DS for his fever and asthalin expectorant for the cough. Today, this morning he had loose stools that were greenish and frothy. Is this a side effect of the antibiotic or should I be worried? Also, I noticed white small worms (2mm) swimming in his feces. I'm very worried. ## My 2yr old baby has a cold & cough. Is azithral 100 liquid useful or not, and if so, at what dosage? ## My baby is 5 years old and he is suffering from a cold. The doctor prescribed azithral liquid 100. Is it the right medicine for her? How do I use it?

I have mild CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) and am currently taking the following medications: Ecosprin, Vitamin B12 for deficiencies, Remylin D, Asthma AB Flo 100, as well as an Asthalin + Trimix inhaler. I've been experiencing chest pain, whole-body pain, and have been having trouble with arthritis. Could you please advise whether these medications and supplements could potentially benefit my condition? ## Have they all been prescribed for you? They may help, but it seems like your current medications are addressing separate issues such as CAD, vitamin B12 deficiency, and asthma. However, pain associated with arthritis might be not directly addressed. You might want to consult with your doctor regarding your whole-body pain and arthritis. They may adjust your regimen or add addition...

Does the manufacturer of Asthalin produce this pump in a portable size that you can carry in your pocket? ## Does Theo-Asthalin contain steroids? ## This medication is listed as containing the active ingredient Salbutamol, which is a bronchodilator. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and cough. Unfortunately, Jai, I am not sure what is available there. But you could try asking your doctor or pharmacist if there is a pocket sized alternative.

I am using asthalin 4 mg for the past 10 years when there is need for that (i.e. whenever i am suffering from wheezing problem). For the past 2 weeks i am taking the asthalin. I am facing continuous knee/joint pain in my legs. Is it due to overdosage or could be any other reason. Pls. clarify. ## Have you consulted your doctor? They'd be best able to advise you on what's causing the problem. Asthalin contains the active ingredient Salbutamol, it is most commonly used to treat asthma. It can cause some muscle pain and spasms as a side effect, however, there is no way anyone can say that it is definitely causing the problem, from just a short post in the internet. That requires a doctor's exam and consultation. ## I have asthma as well. How do I cure it? I'm also using ast...

I WAS USING WARREN BRAND ALBUTEROL INHALERS. AND THESE WERE REPLACED WITH ASTHALIN INHALER, I AM NOT FEELING THE SAME LEVEL OF RELIEF NOW. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS. I ALSO USE ADVAIR FOR LONG TERM. I HAVE NOTICED THIS WITHIN THE THREE WEEKS OF USE. TODAY I USED ASTHALIN TWICE AND MY CHEST STILL FELT TIGHT AFTER 20 MINUTES. I CAME HOME AND DID AN ALBUTEROL NEBULIZER TREATMENT. I ALSO USED NASONEX THIS MORNING. ## Hi Joe, There is really no way a doctor can know ahead of time how any medication can affect anyone. They can only assume that the new medication they prescribed you will be effective based on medical records, current health, age, what the condition is, whether or not any other medications are being taken at the same time, etc. Any of these factors as well as others can affect...
