Aspirin pills do sometimes come in yellow round pills with a raised heart imprint. I've been taking ecosprin 150 mg for the past 2 years and currently my doctor prescribed clopilet A75. Are both of these the same or what? Please tell me. ## No, they are not the same. Ecosprin only contains Aspirin, which is used for its blood thinning properties and heart health. But Clopilet A contains Aspirin and Clopidogrel, so it contains an additional ingredient to help prevent clotting. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. Smaller than an aspirin. Pinkish peach round pill. L on one side. Blank on the other. Not coated. ## The L is imprinted on the pill...not in black or any color at all. ## @Jessica, I located an 81mg Aspirin tablet that's round and peach colored with a capital "L" embedded into one side. This one however is reportedly enteric-coated, which from my standpoint appears to be the only discrepancy in comparison to your depiction. NOTE: There are also other 81mg Aspirin tablets that have the "L" in black ink, but the one I'm describing above is not in any ink color that differs from the tablet itself. I'm allergic to aspirin and all NSAID's outside of Tylenol cause me to have a crippling headache. I found a red oblong O.T.C. pill with an imprint of 350. It's PROBABLY Tylenol... One side has the number 325 inscribed. The other side has a capital N surrounded by a straight line beneath and along each side of the N. The lines continue over the top of the N and come together to form a point. So it has the appearance that the N is in a house with a pitched roof. The N and its surround are inscribed. The tablet is not scored. ## I can't be sure about this because I have not actually seen a picture, but based on a similar inscription of 325 (but without the N) on a white tablet, that one was Aspirin 325 mg. Is there aspirin in norco ## Hi sue, The answer to your question is no. Norco contains: Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen I think acetaminophen is commonly misconstrued as being aspirin, however they are not the same. Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti inflammatory (NSAID) where as acetaminophen is not. I hope this info helps! ## Acetaminophen (Tylenol) has no anti- inflammatory ability, so is NOT an NSAID. Having said that, it is otherwise, very similar in effect. It's good for fever, headache, and some pains but not those caused by inflammation.

I am 25 years old.. I got married 8 month back. This is a small white, flat pill, possibly of mexican origin, and it has a K, Which actually looks like the Kmart K on it, and a score on the other. ## With that type of obscure imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine what this contains and, if it is from Mexico, that just compounds the problem. The only K logo, that isn't coupled with anything else, that I am familiar with has an arrow on the upper right arm of the K and is used on several over the counter products, which contain Aspirin. It's a small round yellow pill about the size of an aspirin. Both sides are slightly beveled out (NOT FLAT) and only one side is scored in the middle. There are no other markings on the pill. The 10-month-old dog we adopted had a slight cough and we were given these pills from the rescue... ## Hello Brian, I am sorry to say but without an imprint there is really no way to tell you what kind of medication that you were given. The pill bottle/box that your medication came in is supposed to be labeled with the ingredients in case of an overdose, if this is not the case your rescue has made an error.
