I am taking Aspilets daily as a precaution for stroke but I am getting reflux due to acidity in stomach. Pls. give me list of equivalent drugs that are not acidic. Mody Cervantes

I was precribed 75 mg Dispersible Aspirin after angioplasty last year. At my new location I bought 80 mg Aspirin Aspilets, antithrombotic. Do the 80 mg Aspilets do the same job as the 75 mg Dispersible Aspirin?

Just recently i was diagnosed having fluctuating hbp i was prescribed with NIFTAS which makes me feel always hb, so i decided to stop taking it instead take 80mg aspilets. Anybody who knows if aspilets really will stabiluze my hbp?thanks
