Artridol From Mexico.

I take one about every week, can I safely increase the frequency? It seems to be less effective fthan when I started using it.

Artridol contains the active ingredient Glucosamine, which is a supplement claimed to help with joint health.

As such, it is not a medication and is not actually proven to help with anything.

That said, most of these supplements are taken daily, rather than weekly. So, if it was helping you, there is no reason you cannot take it more often.

Just don't overdo it, because everything can be dangerous if you take too much.

this is incorrect. it contains betamethasone, indomethacin and methacarbomol. you should not take it without both educating yourself or being without doctor supervision
