I've heard about BMP's for arthristis. Does anyone know what they are and if we can get them? I have extremely bad arthritis in my knees keeping me from sleeping because of the severe pain. I don't really want another knee replacement if possible. Thank you. ## BMP stands for Bone Morphogenetic Proteins. To sum that article up for laymen, they have shown some efficacy in experiments. I've been prescribed Meloxicam 7.5 mg. I was told to take one at night but this wasn't very effective, after seeing my doctor he said to double the dose. Is it more effective to take one twice daily or 2 once a day? At the moment I take it twice daily but it still isn't very effective is there another safe drug to take along side or a different drug to combat the pain I gave osteoarthritis in my hands and seems like my forearms as well. ## Hello, Gary! How are you feeling? Sorry about the osteoarthritis. Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it can be taken with other pain medications that are in different classes, or replaced with another NSAID that is more potent, but what is safe for you to try is up to your doctor. Meloxicam may cause side effects, such as na...

Isosorbide MN ER 30 MG - I took this drug - 1 each day - for 1 1/2 months to relieve the steady pain of Esophageal Spasms and developed severe headaches. Thought at first it was from arthritis in my back so went a chiropractor for 1 month - no help there. Stopped taking this drug for 4 nights and "WOW" No headaches. I will NOT take anymore of this medication. ## Who told you to take it to treat that? Isosorbide Mononitrate is usually used to treat angina pectoris, because it dilates the blood vessels and can reduce the pressure on them. Thus, it is not a pain reliever, nor a muscle relaxant. And headaches are a very common side effect of this medication, due to the very nature of how it works. ## Your headache indeed was because of the medication, had you needed it for a HEART c...

Long read, need help! 59 year of male diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis 2 1/2 years ago. Tried going Vegan and took the insurance-required Methotrexate for 3 months with no relief whatsoever. On the advice of my RA I started the 50mg injections of Enbrel. Within 2 days I noticed a big difference and was pain free within a month. Fast forward to a month ago. Started getting a fever to which I've seen as high as 103.3°. Oddly enough, the Enbrel stopped working at the same and went back to severe pain and stiffness within 2 weeks. Went and had all kinds of blood work with no infection found. All Covid & Flu tests were negative. So I went the emergency room 3 days ago and have cat scans, ultrasounds, MRI's and they cannot find source of the fever. Last injection was 10 day...

Does Acetaminophen ER 650mg (imprint: L544) work for severe arthritis? What's the best medication to buy for CR arthritis in the back, hands and feet? {edited for privacy} ## We are all different, so there is no way to say what would be the best medication, since what works for one person may not work for another. Some people do have great results with the time released Acetaminophen, since the slow, controlled release can help keep it in your body working longer than taking the traditional tablets. The FDA does warn that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness, and drowsiness. Ref: Acetaminophen Information You can also pick up topical products, such as Voltaren gel, that are designed to help with arthritis, but as with all medications, you should check with ...

It's a round lavender pill with no imprint on the pill itself. ## Sorry, I can't find anything under that name in prescription databases or otherwise. If there are no imprints on the pill, then it is not a prescription drug from the US, of any kind. All prescriptions sold legally in the US must have, by law, a unique imprint for ID purposes. And I am afraid that since I can't find that name listed anywhere, I am unable to tell you anything about this, sorry. ## Without Rumoquin NF I literally could not get out of bed and walk in the morning for almost an hour. I lived in Mexico for 8 years and suffer with arthritis in all the joints of both legs and my right hand. This is not a pain killer. It is the best anti-inflamatory I have ever used. Where to buy artrosilium gel? ## Need to know about artrosilium gel and where I could buy or get sample of it. ## my mother wants to try artrosilium.....is it safe? and does it work? where do i get it ? she is 88y/o and has been on the end of a few snake oil remedies , so i'd be appreciative for the truth, thanx ## Artrosilium is only available directly from the manufacturer, they do not allow it to be sold in stores or by other websites. As to it being snake oil, since it is not a medically proven and tested product, I'll let you form your own conclusions on that. They also don't make it easy to discover information on it, even their downloaded PDF only talks about it containing organic silica, so I am not sure if that's the only ingredient or if they also use other sub...

I was taking pre-filled injections of Enbrel for 4 weeks and didn’t really see much difference until I switched to the click-pen on Wednesday, which, since then I have had scabs all over my face and an itching sensation like crazy.
