Are M365 And N356 The Same?

I have two scripts of hydrocodone. One is stamped m365 and the other is n356. The n356 makes me sleepy & the m365 makes me hyper. Both bottles say they are the same thing, but how can I react so differently to them?

Both M365 and N356 5, contain a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone at a dosage of 5/325mg.

However, there are still some unique differences...

The N356 5 pill lists Hydrocodone bitartrate while M365 simply lists Hydrocodone (by itself). Bitartrate is an acid tartrate, that from what I could gather seems to play some sort of role in the absorption process.

Each pill also contains a different set of binders and fillers. So it may be that some of these supposedly inert chemicals are affecting the way your body would typically respond to the medication as a whole.

Does anyone else have thoughts to add?

I am a contractor for the hurricane and drove here all the way from California two months ago. Yes the n356 with v on the back was prescribed to me as Vicodin I've used Vicodin for quite some time with great success this is a joke it's in my opinion equivalent to a placebo
