Thank you talaga sa appebon kasi effective naman siya sakin, hindi ko naman masasabi na tumaba talaga ako pero obvious po na nagkalaman na ako, super happy kasi bumalik na paunti unti yung katawan ko, pagkatapos ko kasing manganak before ang payat payat ko.

Yung appebon po ba, tataba ka dahil gaganahan ka kumain o tataba ka dahil bababa metabolism mo or both? In my case kasi, magana akong kumain yet i still cant gain weight.

Yes true. Dati akong 43kg. Ngayon 51kg na ako nag start ako uminom ng appebon netong August lang nakaka 13 capsule palang ako as in di ako araw-araw nag iinom pero tumaba ako.. Sinasabayan ko din siya ng work out para balance yung katawan ko. Unless sa iba kasi mukha at tiyan ang nauuna??
