erceflora was given IV possible outcome on the person long time side effect ## Should Erceflora be inadvertently given intravenously , we can expect some hypersensitivity reactions (chills, low grade fever, etc) soon after the administration. We have not encountered any reaction worse than these. Our recommendation is to give supportive treatment to the patient (antipyretic for fever, rest, etc) while continuing to observe him for any other possible reactions. There is no antidote. ## That is correct, the adverse events and possible side effects are not known for this. It is normally used to treat chronic cases of diarrhea that have lasted longer than 14 days. The normal dosing is 2-3 vials of the 5billion/5ml suspension for adults and 1-2 vials of the same for children. Is there anythi...

Have lead poisoning from teen years. now in 50's, My ear seems plugged after the 10 days and a short trip to higher elevation. Dizzy and weak also. ## Hi noknee, How are you? Sorry to hear about your previous run in with lead poisoning. I had no idea lead remained in your system for such a long time. Although from what I understand, there are ways to detox it out with proper exercise and dieting (e.g - juicing fresh fruits/vegetables, taking activated charcoal, as well as various "heavy metal detox" supplements on the market). At the moment there don't appear to be any methods for determining if prescription antibiotics interact with lead specifically, so you may need to have your doctor evaluate the condition of your ear and see if it might even be the result of an alle...

Can anyone tell me if this has been used for treatment of pain due to RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) or CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome)? Thanks for your response. Carol S ## Hello, Carol! How are you? I'm not finding anything on it being used for such. Has your doctor suggested it? ## No, I haven't been told by a doctor, but I've been researching possible ways to manage this disease for my daughter. ## No, I'm just following a thought process that possibly my daughter who has Reflex Sympathetic Dystropy, a nerve disease, was exposed to Malathion while she was living in our basement for 6 years with her family. (After a small injury as an EMT, the symptoms of RSD began. A small injury that isn't consistent with the pain of this disease usually signals the di...

I want to buy some of this stuff and I simply cannot find a source on the internet and thats not fair. It appears far less dangerous than iodine, yet apparently you have to get a doctors prescription for it??! What a load of CRAP! Anybody and everybody needs ready access to ALL medicines that can protect them from radioactive poisoning. It's not a privelege granted through a doctors approval. It's a RIGHT in the age of NUCLEAR TERRORISM. The industry that controls nuclear power plants are imposing a TYRRANICAL HELL upon THE People of this world who are the majority and in total opposition against Nuclear. We have the right to protect ourselves and families in every way we can and that includes having a readyness kit that includes Prussian Blue insoluable. I for one am going to f...

Hi there, I am an Industrial Radiographer by trade! Using Ir192 isotopes, can I use sski tablets for treatment of radiation received during work? What are the benefits of taking sski regularly? ## Based on my research, SSKI (Potassium Iodide Oral Solution, USP) is a saturated solution of potassium iodide containing 1 gram of potassium iodide per ml. Although I've also read about Potassium Iodide used for radiation treatment/prevention, this particular medication is indicated for use as an 'expectorant' in the symptomatic treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases where tenacious mucus complicates the problem, including bronchial asthma, bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema. The prescribing information states that "it may also be used for other conditions as determined by your...

I'm interested in finding out the side effects and effectiveness of Chemet. My son and I are supposed to start on it for lead detox. ## It's a heavy metal chelating agent, which means it's used to remove them from the body, since heavy amounts of them can be toxic and lead, as I am sure you're well aware, can be especially dangerous. Possible side effects may include: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and eye watering. Learn more Chemet details here. Are there any other questions?

I want to take one person out from the addiction of Nitro sun 10. Please help me ## Hi Sumit, Usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking them is to tapper off them, if possible. Some medications can be taken in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several weeks until the body is no longer dependent upon them. If the Nitro sun is a controlled release tablet or capsule, then you wouldn't be able to cut the pill into fractionated doses and would likely have to have other means of intervention. Have you confronted this person about helping them, and are they open to the idea of it?

can I use tribedose in my hair as a medicine for falling hair is already expired and I do not want to throw it away ## From what I could gather, Tribedoce is a Vitamin B Complex, comprised of: Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride) Vitamin B12 (Hydroxocobalamin) Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) I see no reason why vitamins can't be used to help with hair loss; however it would be good to use your judgement on whether or not the product is still effective based on how long it has been expired for. If short term use still proves useful despite the expiration then by all means give it a go. Reason being is that pharmaceutical companies determine the expiration date for vitamins by putting them through laboratory tests that reveal how long the supplements can last before their potency...

Are Terrasil Capsules available to heal wounds ## Are there Terrasil Capsules To Heal warts from the inside out, if so can you let me know? Thank you... ## Terrasil is an over the counter product containing a silver and oxygen complex. While it's touted to treat various conditions, this is not proven and the use of silver in these types of formulations can carry serious side effects, including skin discoloration and metal poisoning. Did you have any other questions? ## Hi, i took Terrasil for one day only after using femmesil for 5 days and that was almost 3 weeks ago and i feel like i am poisoned - i keep falling asleep and have really bad headaches and a very bad taste (green colour) in my mouth! I bought the products because i have excema (in private parts) diagnosed by consultan...

Just in case, there is some thyrosafe available at cureself.com/thyrosafe-canada.aspx. ## Thanks for the tip sergo. Actually I was calling my CVS store today and they don't even carry potassium iodide. They said that it's not generally available in our area, and the one place that does carry it requires a prescription. Who's going to get a prescription for this stuff in case of emergencies anyways!?!? The radioactive particles are supposed to reach the west coast of the U.S. by tomorrow (Friday 3/18). Geez. From what I have seen on the news, however, there is supposedly little threat because of how diluted any radioactive plumes have become while traveling over the pacific ocean. Not sure what to believe. Since I've been unable to get any potassium iodide for myself, my ...

Is Therasulfate commonly used for patients with anemia? ## Did you mean to say Thiosulfate? I was unable to locate any information under Therasulfate. From research I have gathered Sodium Thiosulfate is used as a compound in conjunction with Amyl Nitrite and Sodium Nitrite to provide an antidote for cyanide poisoning. Information I have retrieved states that it is not safe to take this antidote if the child has severe Anemia. However for adults it does not state, so I urge you to take a look at the follow links below to learn more... Sodium Thiosulfate Amyl Nitrite Sodium Nitrite NOTE: Sodium Thiosulfate, may act to serve a different purpose if used on its own. I am not an MD, but I do think it would be wise to take that into consideration if you begin to do research on your own. If the...

There has been some evidence prussian blue is an effective non-toxic fermentation blocker. This would suggest hexacyanoferrate could be an effective (and safe) annihilator of prokaryotic cell types, which would include most if not all cancers. Anyone agree?
