Can't seem to find wellbutrin substitute made in the USA. Also, where are meds by Teva made? ## Hello, Lisa! How are you? Where they are actually manufactured doesn't matter. As long as they are approved by FDA, they have had to meet the same efficacy and quality standards as all others that are on the market here. As to where a particular one is manufactured, what are the markings on it? That is what would enable me to check this information for you. This medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache. ## I would advise you to do a bit of research before making such generalized claims. Esperide anti-depressant drug - long time use: I have been on esperide for at least 4 years continuously, varying between 2 - 4 capsules a day. The effects were quite significant - i was always tired, even after sleeping for 8 - 12 hrs; i was always grumpy; i forget many things; long & short term, i stopped having my period after 2 yrs & didn't have them for 3 yrs. It felt like i was comotosed; had no interest in things i previously loved, like sit coms & comedy, etc. I had no more energy and was freezing cold in the summer; i was not interested in intimacy. then checked with my gynea why certain hormone levels were extremely high. In the last 2 months I changed to a new anti-depressant - I'm now a new person, periods have come back, laughing again, remembering again...

Has anyone tried Breckenridge Cymbalta? CVS changed. I was taking Prasco pharmaceuticals and had no issues. Just concern ## Have you tried taking it, yet? If so, have you noticed any difference? Not all medications, or their generics, work the same for everyone that tries them, so the only way to really know how it will work for you is by trying it. Does it cause you to experience any of the typical side effects, which are listed as possibly including nausea, somnolence, or dizziness according to the Cymbalta details page? ## I don’t take that, but I had to stop using CVS for my meds because they were ordering the most ineffective generics I have come across. Then Rite Aid must have changed distributors because they did too. Wallgreens isn’t in my network so I am trying to s...

Has anyone else taken Wellbutrin XL, and if so, how would you describe your experience? ## I am trying to figure out how to get off of the Wellbutrin xl 15o mg. i take 1 per day in the morning. It is making me throw up. I am going to start splitting it in half for a week. Then I am going to stop it all together the next week. ## I am not an expert by any means, but if XL stands for "extended release" you are not supposed to cut the pills because it changes the way the drug is released.... like you get it much faster.... ## That is correct, you should not cut, break, or crush a time released tablet, such as this, since it could cause you to get too much of the medication, at once, which may result in overdose, according to FDA warnings. Its typical side effects are listed as poss...

I have been taking Lexapro 10mg once a day for about a year. I have had many unwanted side effects which according to my doctor there are very few side effects from Lexapro. He says it is a clean drug. Wrong. It did nothing to help me and I want off. My doctor refused to give me anti-anxiety meds to help with the withdrawals from Lexapro because once again, there are no withdrawals from Lexapro. Why do doctors lie about this. Why do pharmaceutical companies lie about this? I have read so much about people just losing it while trying to stop taking Lexapro. I have not taken it in about ten days after weaning off for about two months from 10mg to 2 mg a day. My nerves are a wreck, I am extremely irratable, and have slight headaches. This is a horrible drug with many long lasting withdrawa...

I have been quickly tapered off of Pristiq 200 mg....and now am on Brintellix 10 mg. (Total time of taper 2 weeks) I feel like I have the flu. I hate trying new meds and wish there was something that would make these flu like symptoms go away! (Headache, queasy yet having horrible carb cravings, a weird sensation-aches) ## Hello, Mary! How are you? Most likely, you're experiencing both some withdrawal effects and some side effects, at the same time and it will probably take a couple of weeks, before they taper off and things start to improve. Learn more Brintellix details here. The Brintellix is fairly new and its side effects may include headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and dizziness….which explains most of your flu-like symptoms. Was the Pristiq no longer working for you...

Are Citalopram pink oval 20 mg tablets manufactured by Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals gluten-free? ## Hello, Kristin! How are you? What are the markings on the tablet? Sometimes the manufacturer listed on the label is a licensed distributor, not the actual manufacturer, so I need these additional details to provide you with the correct information. Citalopram is an SSRI antidepressant that can also help treat anxiety. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes. ## Is Citalopram 20mg gluten and lactose free? I know the 10 milligram doses are.

I have been on Lexapro 10mg for 4 days.. Terrible nausea, diarrhea, clenching jaw. Has anyone felt this? Also my hands are lightly shaking. Wondering when it will stop? I do not feel better yet at all. I was prescribed it for depression and major anxiety. ## HI, Kelly! Sorry that you're feeling so awful. Side effects that severe are not normal and you should contact your doctor as soon as possible. I think this just may not be the right medication for you to take. Some mild nausea and diarrhea are normal, but not severe nausea and the clenching jaw can sometimes be the sign of a severe reaction. ## I had the same reaction, even to the point of possibly being hypomanic, but I enjoyed it. my pupils dilated, sweat constantly, became shaky, felt like I had the flu....it all subsides and...

I have just started taking Lexapro...second day and wow...side effects for me! Heart burn, insomnia, tremors (shaking on inside & outside), nautious, sweats and at times arms feel like they're burning.. If anyone has had these side effects...did you change or continue with Lexapro and did the side effects calm down? ## Hello, Kiara! How are you? I'm sorry about how you're feeling. Those tremors, however, are concerning and you should speak to your doctor about them. That's not a normal side effect as listed by the FDA. The nausea, sweating, insomnia, heartburn and etc. are expected, however. Is there anything else I can help with? ## And this is a typical thing I have seen. To have both would be great but ya can't always get what you want. ## Try Cymblata..It is a new Antidepressant on the market..results are good ## well i have been taking lexapro for awhile and the first week it made me really sleepy and the no desire thing too but after some time i couldn't tell it was working anymore ## I started having panic attacks 2 yrs ago. I don't care what the research states: Wellbutrin causes your period to be late. I'm usually on time with my period, been taking the medicine 2 x a day (300mg) for 6 weeks now, still no period. I took 2 pregnancy test both negative. Several women on blogs are experiencing this same problem. I'll post again after I get my period, so you can have a timeline. I hope this helps. ## Hello, BryantsGrl! How are you? Menstrual irregularities are listed in the detailed side effect information and many of the antidepressants tend to lengthen the menstrual cycle in women. Your period may also be slightly heavier and last a little longer than normal. After 20 years of taking amitriptyline for headaches I would like to find people who have had any heart related side effects after long term amitriptyline use. ## Very little is known about the long-term effects of most drugs for depression. The biggest problem reported currently is relapse, when the medication is discontinued. You can read more about antidepressants here: As to any cardiac effects, I am only finding warnings that problems may occur if it is used with some specific other medications. Does anyone else know anything about this? ## I have been on Elavil for 20 years and 100mg at bedtime and I don't recommend anyone taking it long term. hi to all ive been on mirtazapine for a few months now and i had a drug test a few week ago and its came back positive for amphetamins i dont do drugs except what my doctor gives me im tryin to find any info on internet but no luck thanx for any replies ## Mirtazapine is a tetracyclic antidepressant, so it shouldn't show up on a drug test as anything. I also did some research with our resources, that contain various reports on what medications have shown false positives for certain things and Mirtazapine has not been shown to give a positive test for anything. Like many of you, I struggled through finding the best anti-depressant for my journey. What I've learned is what may work well for you, may not have the same outcome with my body chemistry. SSRI's are most successful in treating my anxiety symptoms; however, the loss for words (brain fog) impacts my professional togetherness. I also experience bladder urgency, fatigue and passivity on them. I've also tried SNRI's with similar outcomes. Thus, whenever my doctor offered Trintellix, I openly gave it a try. Albeit, a lack of alleviation to my anxiety level, this is the first medication that doesn't promote brain fog or fatigue. I promise, I do not work for the company, I just wanted to foster hope. Keep trying if you haven't found your best one. Prayers to all! ## Th...

Hi. Today is my second day taking 150mg of Wellbutrin. Just for a bit of background, I'm 18 years old, afab, weighing 119 lbs, and 5’3” tall. I don't have a history of seizures, I don't drink, but I do vape. I recently noticed that taking Wellbutrin can increase the risk of seizures, and seeing as I have severe hypochondria, this has been making panic. I keep seeing online so many people saying they had a seizure and it made my anxiety about it worse. What would be the probability of me having a seizure? And if it did happen, could it be fatal? ## Have you spoken with your doc about your concerns? No anti-depressant or anxiolytic medicine is without risks. It appears that the risk of seizures with this drug increase with dose. You’re at 1/2 of the recommend...

What are the differences between Trazodone and Tramadol? Are they the same thing? Do they have similar uses? ## No, they are not the same. Trazodone is an antidepressant that is also used to treat anxiety, and some severe forms of anxiety. (NDC code 0179-1118) The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight changes. [1] Ref: MedlinePlus However, Tramadol is an opioid that is used to relieve pain. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and constipation. It also carries the risk of being habit forming. (NDC code 0093-0058) [2] Ref: MedlinePlus Hope this helps! ## Trazodone is an older anti-depressant. Considered an SARI. Do the light green bupropion pills help with opiate withdrawals? ## Bupropion is classifies by the FDA as an antidepressant that is also used to aid in smoking cessation. In order for it to work, it must be taken regularly for several weeks. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and insomnia. That said, no, it likely won't do much to help with withdrawals. I think you may be thinking of Buprenorphine, the active ingredient in Subutex and coupled with Naloxone in Suboxone. It is used to treat drug addition. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## They can help some. No...
