Are antidepressants need to be taken at same time daily? I am prescribed the Flupentixol and mellitracen tablet and desvenlafaxine ER in evening. Doctor told to take medicines around 7 to 8 pm. I am taking it at 10 or 11 pm. I am suffering from insomnia. Is it due to the wrong timing that I follow?

Can you take these in am instead? These meds act differently on everyone. Some antidepressants make you have energy for during day an vice versa. I do know when I was on Zoloft, I was told to take it same timeevery day. I diverted fr that couple times an felt horrible. Talk to your Dr an see if you can take in am. Hope this helps a little.
