What is this pill for and what is the adult prescription? ## I'm guessing that the "Amox" is for Amoxicillin - with that in mind, the other parts of your description could indicate the compound Clavulanic Acid. A brand name of this combination is Augmentin. Can you provide any specific markings, color, and shape of the pills? This would allow me to give you the exact drug name. As for what I guessed above, you can read more about that medicine, and you will see that it is an antibiotic (for killing infection)... Hope this helps!

## What is the shelf life of ciprofloxacn 250 mg tab? ## Well this medication doesn't ever get dangerous, if it goes past about 18months old, it does start to lose some effectiveness, so where you used to take 1 pill you may now have to take 2 to get the full beneficial dosage. My concern though is you self-treating. You should never do this as this antibiotic may not be appropriate for your current condition and you also run the risk of creating drug resistance.

Those are 500mg of ciprofloxacin...did i have gonnorrhea also and was not said anything to about it. infection ## Have been taking 3 times a day for 5 days. Bowels are loose and stomach feels like bathroom almost constantly. Have to finish it all. ## That is a common side effect of antibiotics, antibacterials and antinfectives. If it is bothersome, speak to your doctor, they may recommend some Immodium or something to help relieve the symptoms.

Hi, I had Carpal tunnel surgery and the orthopedic said I have a bactrial infection. (reaction to my stiches)You can see it, it was a few layers under my skin. He gave me CIPRO 500mg 2 times a day-It seemed to work the 1st time but-He had given me 4 refills. that is unusual to get refills with an antibotic. Well infection came back in the form of CELLULITUS-so I am back on cipro-This is my 7th round of antibiotics in 5 months.I just want to crawl under a rock and let the world go by-This has been so tough on me- I have always taken probotics and always will. oblong white with just imprints of the writing ## What is this pill? ## I am taking this antibiotic. It is ciprofloxacin HCL 500 mg. ## I recently developed an allergy reaction toward Cipro (RX710). It has been five days since my last dose and I am still getting new hives, skin rashes, itching. How long does Cipro last in the bloodstream? I am currently talking Prednisone and Benadryl to combat these side effects. ## It really depends on your body and how long you were taking it. Can I have a couple beers if I am on doxycycline? ## I spoke with my doctor about this. He said you can drink but make sure you stay out of the sun while on this Anit-Biotic ## I find it hard to believe that any doctor would say that, it is never advisable to drink when you are taking prescription drugs of any type. It is even dangerous with OTC medications. ## You can drink on doxycycline. just follow 1 glass of water for every drink (or 2) to help clean the kidneys

I am taking this drug and I want to find the shelf life if it is still safe. There's no expiration date on it. ## All prescription drugs that are tablets have a regular shelf life of 1 year from the date of dispensing. Even after that year, most are still safe to use, they just start to lose efficacy. The only ones that are dangerous to use after the expiration date are Tetracycline class antibiotics.
