I have an itching problem in my vagina, but it seems likes the problem is internal and eternal... What medication should I take?

Vaginal itching is usually caused by a fungal infection, so antibiotics will not help, they can actual cause, or worsen them as side effects, according to NIH reports.

Do you have any discharge or odor?

Are you on any medications? Have you had this checked out by a doctor?

Are you experiencing any other symptoms?

Hello, I have been having this itching around my vagina for the last two months. I am not suspecting an STI cause I am still a virgin. It's not happening constantly - it only happens when I wear something that is very tight. Can I use penicillin ointment?
