Has it been confirmed as being an infection?

Is the medication intended for use in the eye?

An antibiotic will only treat an actual bacterial infection and, due to the danger of developing antibiotic resistance, you also have to make sure that you have enough to finish a full course of treatment.

Learn more antibiotic details here.
