Angeliq (drospirenone/estradiol) Hormone Tablets

I am in my late forties, for the last 3 months my period has been so heavy that I can't go to work. I am messing up my self, bedding, etc. I need to know whether angelique would help me?

Unfortunately, since I have no way of knowing what is causing your problem, I really can't answer that question.

Angelique is a form of hormone replacement therapy, that contains Estradiol and Drospirenone and as such, there are some conditions it can help with, but it is not appropriate to treat everything.

Have you consulted a doctor?

Hormones are only going to be appropriate, if your condition is caused by a lack of the ones this medication contains. If it is caused by something else, such as ovarian cysts, then you would need the treatment appropriate to treat them.

I 've been having irregeular periods for the last three months,very heavy and with huge blood cloths,my doctor says it's pre-menopause and has given me angelique will this help me and how fast will I see results.Ps i have an ultrasound next week just to make sure everything is fine.

I had no period for nine months but heavy hot flashes.i am 48 years old and believe i am in my menopause.i started with angelique a month ago and never had a hot flash again.i am feeling great but for the last two weeks i am bleeding like never before.now i must decide,hot flushes or this terrible bleeding.ido you think it is the angelique?

Can a severe allergy like burning mouth & veins popping out inside my mouth be caused by Angeliq (Drospirenone/Estradiol)? The veins in my legs and feet are also popping out and burn like hell... I have been using it for 8 months now and want to know if I can just stop taking it? Could the Angeliq be the problem? Maybe I am allergic to it?
