found it in my daugters purse, what is it used for? ## does anyone have an idea what it is? i heard, it could be ZANEX. ## No its not Zanax, I think its a muscle relaxant!! ## Actually it is an anti-inflamatory ## I'm pretty sure the pill you're talking about is a generic version of anaprox, she's probably using it for menstrual cramps, I know that's what my girlfriend uses them for. ## this is used for period cramps. ## It's naproxen (or prescription aleve lol) Not Xanax or a muscle relaxant.
