The correct name and spelling is Enalipril, and yes, it is an ACE inhibitor that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
