Infections caused by Enterococcus include urinary tract infections, bacteremia, bacterial endocarditis, diverticulitis, and meningitis. Sensitive strains of these bacteria can be treated with ampicillin and vancomycin. As far as I know oral forms of sulbactam and ampicillin (sultamicillin) aren't being used in America and Europe. But in some countries they are widely being used as suspension ant tablet forms. 1) What are the certain conradictions for oral forms. 2) Is there any American or Europian country that has the oral forms of sulbactam and ampicillin?
