I'm allergic to peniciline, so I took something called ampicilina 500 milligrams. Is this the same?

Ampicillin is not the same as Penicillin, but they are related, thus there is a slight chance that someone allergic to one may also be allergic to the other, so such a person should be very cautious.

Dora, did you mean the natural product Ampitrexyl that's said to help with infections?

You can learn more Ampicillin details here and there are more Penicillin details here.
