Amlodipine and Benazepril, a generic for Lotrel is used to treat high blood pressure.

Some of the most common side effects include: headache, nausea and dizziness.

My b/f takes this and as far as I know he doesn't have high blood pressure. Can this drug be used for pychiatric,behavior,or mood disorders too?

I usually take lotrel for bp. I don't have any lotrel right now. My dr. gave me some amlodipine/benazpril 10/20mg. I am out of my lotrel. Would it hurt to take the amlod/benazp? My lotrel is 5/20. Would this be ok if I take 10/20?
