Hi. I am a 29 years old man and my blood pressure is 154/84. A doctor prescribed Amloc 5mg for me to use for a month. So does that mean that I have hypertension?

I am taking Amloc for blood pressure management. The problem is that my skin itches & tickles, I'm gaining weight and I have a low libido. I'm from South Africa.
