Am I Protected Against Pregnancy Yet?
UpdatedI have taken all of week one and have taken the first two (since today is tuesday) of the second week of the first pack, and I had unprotected sex yesterday. Am I protected?

You should check with your doctor to be certain.
However, as a general rule, if you start birth control on the first day of your menstrual cycle, you are usually protected immediately and if you start it at any other time, you have to take it for 7 days, before you are protected.
Did your doctor or pharmacy provide you with any instructions?
