Burow ear drops 5%
As an ENT specialist, I am treating Keratosis obturans and Cholesteatoma of the external ear canal. I have found a recommendation in the literature to use the above solution (Burow's aluminum acetate 5% in water). In Switzerlan practically unobtainable, I wonder if there are OTC products in other countries. Please let me know. {edited for privacy}
