Alternative To Epitec

I have bipolar 1 and was prescribed 300mg epitec per day 4years ago. 2 years ago I had a stroke at age 29, this was put down to an overdose of epitec. I have cut the epitec down to 100mg and take this every other day. I struggle with constant headaches and when I take a few ays off end up with the high/low mood swings. Im wanting to have a baby but have been told I cant if im on epitec. Is there a natural alternative I can take?
