Alternative To Amril M2 & Galvas 50 For Managing Blood Sugar Levels

I have been taking Amril m2 & Galvas 50 daily in the morning and evening for the last 10 years. But my sugar levels while fasting are 125 to 145; and post lunch 180 to 200. Please suggest me any alternative drug for managing my blood sugar levels.
