Alternative Meds For Tramadol..medical Marihu

Hi...I have been on tramadol for several years for restless leg syndrome and arthritis in my hip... What can i take instead of tramadol that is just as effective. My rls is really bad. My hips also particularly at night. Can you suggest anything i can ask my doctor? I take 50mg every 6 hours or so sometimes it doesnt help. Tysm!

Tramadol is very mild opiate, so most others are stronger and would likely help you more, even in low doses.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opioid analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

However, there are also higher doses of Tramadol available that your doctor could prescribe. If it's helped you before, then you may just need your dosage adjusted.

There are also medications available to help with your RLS, such as Pramipexole.

Thank you. I have tried the paramiplexole with no results, just a headache and sleeplessness... Doesn't help at all.

There is an alternative to Tramadol that works the same way as Tramadol does and it's been used for years to help people get off opioids as well. Check seereviewsnow for information on Kratom. It's becoming more and more popular here in the US and I know several people who said they got the same pain relief and felt better than when taking Tramadol.
